CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking an experienced Mining Financial Business Analyst for their client based in Darwin, NT.
Our client is a world-class zinc-lead mine with a long future, based in the Northern Territory.
Attractive roster: 9 Day fortnight - 5 Days on/2 Days off/4 Days on/3 Days off 1 Week on site and 1 week in the Darwin office Immediate start 9-month placement - potential for ongoing $56.53 p/h FIFO from Darwin All flights, Accommodation and meals on site covered.
Job duties: Ability to execute accountabilities for a safe work environment.
Assisting with production of reliable and relevant Management Accounting reports for operational departments.
Improve the process, analysis and reporting of Operating and Capital expenditure for all operational departments.
Assisting with the coordination and review of Life of Asset / Budget / Plan and deliver appropriate reporting for Operational Management.
Implement learning plans & develop the knowledge of graduate & vacation student members of the Finance department.
Assess and continually improve financial acumen of non-finance employees by the delivery of appropriate and continued training & support.
Maintain open and honest communication within Finance team and external stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate: Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an accountant, preferrable in Mining, manufacturing or heavy industry Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP, Power BI, IBM Cognos TM1 and/or Anaplan will be highly regarded.
CA/CPA qualified or working towards.
MUST be able to pass a full medical.
