The Opportunity: Are you passionate about mining equipment and ready to share your expertise?
Komatsu has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mining Equipment Operator Trainer to join our team on the West Coast.
In this role, you'll be the subject matter expert on the latest Komatsu machinery, delivering one-on-one training programs to upskill our customers' most experienced trainers and operators at their mine sites.
We're seeking someone with hands-on experience as a production operator, skilled in operating a variety of mining equipment including wheel loaders, track dozers, excavators, and trucks.
While Komatsu experience is a plus, it's not a requirement— what matters most is someone who brings energy, drive, and a positive attitude to everything they do.

Role Located: Welshpool (FIFO to Mine sites)
Roster: Monday to Friday
Salary: $145,000 + motor vehicle allowance + bonus + super
