About the Role BHP Minerals Australia Projects has an exciting and wide-ranging portfolio of works and covers a varying scope across our BMA Coal Operations.
With many of our projects underway or in the pipeline, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from Mine Engineering and Mine Planning female professionals with diverse levels of experience to our dynamic and ever-growing project teams.

Lead, Specialist Mining Engineers – Underground, Surface & Open Pit Principal, Coordinator Production Planning Mine Design & Planning Engineers Mining Engineering Superintendents About You If you have experience in the resource industry and are familiar with Mine Engineering and Planning principles including engineering practices, mine design, scheduling and planning, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss potential positions that may be right for you. This diverse range of work will see you positively influence business decisions and will require a focus on delivering value, clear decision-making skills, technical excellence and strong collaboration skills.
We are considering diverse people with a combination of scheduling, haulage, drill & blast, truck stripping, dragline & dozers push design, or coal production planning. Advanced skills and knowledge in open cut mining, scheduling theory and concepts, product supply chain, operations and field management will be highly regarded.
