An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Mining Engineer at MGO as a key member of our Technical Services Team.
Reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer you will be responsible for the creation of Truck & Excavator designs and schedules along with short term planning and designing across our operation.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Production teams in executing these plans.
The requirements for success in this role include: Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mining/Civil or related field)Proficient with Mine design and Scheduling packages (such as Vulcan, Deswik and Spry)Minimum two year's relevant experience desirableAbility to effectively communicate across various levels of an organisationSelf-motivated and forward-thinking team memberCommitted to fostering a culture driven by safety and continuous improvementYou will have a high regard for the value of teamwork and the provision of visible leadership.
