Office Administration The team at Minic Property Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to provide full administrative support to a team of Sales Agents and Property Managers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a growing team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and PM team Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to ensure smooth communication Maintain and update the database daily Perform reception/assistant duties as required Coordinate and book advertising, and ensure listings are uploaded to portals Assist with the settlement process, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and timely Qualifications & Skills: Previous administrative experience, preferably in a Real Estate or sales environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently Proficiency in using databases and Microsoft Office Suite Company Culture: Join a friendly and supportive team of over 20 employees Be part of a growing company with two office locations, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for career advancement Convenient parking provided Apply now: Sabrina Minic 0433 299 908 and Email CV: Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
