We are seeking a Member Engagement / Welcome Desk (Gym Floor / Receptionist) to join our team. You'll build positive, warm relationships with our members, customers and other team members. You'll be a part of a team who endeavour to create fun and memorable experiences in our community daily. One by Mingara makes life great for our members, whether it's through Group Fitness classes, Personal Training, recreation or relaxation, we help our community fall in love with fitness.

You'll be part of our customer-facing team who work together to create a warm and welcoming environment for our Fitness members and guests.
We're looking for a fitness fanatic who can multi-task without compromising quality. With strong communication and computer skills, you will be responsible for general enquiries via phone or email and processing memberships. It doesn't stop at the front desk; this role will also see you out smiling on the gym floor assisting and engaging with our members and keeping our studios and facilities fresh.
To succeed in this role, you will bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift. In addition, you will have the following:
Flexibility and availability to work across One by Mingara trading times: Monday-Thursday (5am-9pm) Friday (5am-8pm) Saturday & Sunday (6am-6pm) Proven customer service experience Strong communication and computer skills Minimum Cert III in Fitness (or currently studying) Current NSW Working with Children Check RCG (or willingness to obtain) Your Commitment We want you to be autonomous and will give you the trust to make key decisions. Flexibility is a must and is required to meet the needs of a 7 day a week business.
