We know that our success is the result of more than 4,000 talented people working together to achieve amazing outcomes.As a MineStar Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for MineStar systems, maintaining positive relationships with customers, the Caterpillar support team, and tracking solution metrics.
Your role is crucial in aligning with WesTrac's Customer Performance Teams objectives to enhance the post-sale customer experience.
