As a MineStar Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for MineStar systems, maintaining positive relationships with customers, the Caterpillar support team, and tracking solution metrics.
Your role is crucial in aligning with WesTrac's Customer Performance Teams objectives to enhance the post-sale customer experience.
You will support MineStar Support Team in refining support processes and improving outcomes, ensuring a robust and repeatable customer experience throughout the MineStar product support lifecycle.
Location: Anderson Place, Perth Precinct
Roster: Monday - Friday, 8hrs/day Permanent, Full-Time
