About the RoleBrookfield Place is home to BHP Iron Ore's state-of-the-art Integrated Operations (IOPS) team at Iron Ore. Our Control Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using advanced, real-time technology to enable visibility and control across the entire Iron Ore supply chain.

Working in collaboration with site personnel you will be responsible for achieving safety and production targets, by enabling the effective operation of our Autonomous Fleet using the Command Minestar Fleet Management System.
Reporting to the Supervisor AHS Control, you will safely execute the daily operations plan while optimising the utilisation of the Autonomous Truck Fleet.
You will take an active role in ensuring compliance to schedule and operating philosophies, driving a culture that not only conforms to company safety standards but also seeks to continuously improve operating efficiency and realise cost benefits.
