We are seeking a Shutdown Planner to join our team at the Onslow Iron Project Kens Bore on an 8D 6RR roster . As part of this role, you will be central to strategic planning and execution of our shutdown maintenance operations, ensuring onsite efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage detailed shutdown maintenance plans and schedules. Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance activities during shutdown planning. Coordinate resources, labour, and materials for shutdown maintenance projects. Ensure adherence to safety standards in all shut down maintenance operations. Coordinate task dependencies and ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other shutdown operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders & teams to ensure smooth shutdown operations. Qualifications and Experience:
Trade Certificate – Advantageous but not required. Proven experience as a Shutdown Planner, preferably within a mining site setting. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Solid understanding of the technical aspects of maintenance and shutdown procedures.
