The Opportunity We are seeking Borefield Technicians for Mount Marion, one of our owner-operated lithium mine sites. These full-time positions are offered on a 2/1 roster.
Borefield Technicians will be responsible for water management and supply for the processing plant, including managing the existing in-ground bore systems at Mount Marion

Able to work as part of the team and autonomously in the field. Current Australian Driver's License Poly Welding ticket Skid-steer ticket Plumbing experience and/or license (Desirable) Australian Full Work Rights Key Responsibilities: Collect data on water levels, flow meters, pump performance, and system efficiency. Collaborate with maintenance teams to address and resolve technical problems promptly. Diagnostics – carry out fault finding and repairs. Develop and carry out preventative maintenance tasks. Assist with critical spare parts list Operate Mobile Equipment as required. Poly welding as required Implement, maintain and improve company policies & procedures. Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service.
