44.33/ hour Monday to Friday Ongoing Position WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING The Civil and Rehabilitation Administrator provides crucial administrative support to enhance the operational capabilities and HSEC compliance of the Civil and Rehabilitation teams at Newlands. This role is instrumental in facilitating efficient and effective management of daily operations within the department. Core Commitments: Technical and Administrative Support: Deliver technical and administrative support to ensure the business operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness. This includes managing documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation. Support to Leadership: Assist the Civil and Rehabilitation Area Manager, Superintendents, and Supervisors in achieving project goals by providing reliable support that enhances decision-making and operational flow. Professional and Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Continuously seek professional development opportunities to better support the team and contribute to project outcomes. Safety, Environmental, and Cost Awareness: Approach all tasks with a mindful consideration of their safety, environmental, and cost implications, ensuring all activities align with Glencore's standards and compliance requirements. Reporting Relationships: Direct Supervisor: Reports directly to the Civil and Rehabilitation Area Manager. This role also supports Superintendents, Supervisors, and the broader workforce, playing a key role in the communication chain and daily operations within the Civil and Rehabilitation sector.
