This permanent, site-based role offers FIFO options from Brisbane on a 14/7 day roster. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the site operations team, with a strong focus on month-end processes and financial reporting.
The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your duties will include but may not be limited to:
Managing accurate, timely month-end processes.Monitoring costs vs. budget and forecast.Tracking and reconciling inventory, including stocktakes.Conducting financial analysis and supporting decision-making.Providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.Ensuring accurate cost allocations and data integrity.Preparing site management reports for leadership.About You You are ideally CA/CPA qualified with experience in a site-based role, possessing a deep understanding of mining operations. Expertise in data integrity, cost management, and financial analysis, along with month-end reporting experience, will be highly beneficial. You are a confident communicator, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and translating financial data into strategic, actionable business insights.
