Marketplace Marketplace is fundamentally responsible for leading, managing and inspiring the investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.
We are looking for a Marketplace Associate Director who is an expert in TV buying, to work across Foxtel. Foxtel Group is a leading sports and entertainment business, housing popular brands such as Kayo, BINGE, Foxtel and most recently Hubbl.

Responsibilities Adhere to and promote Mindshare values.Possess a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.Create a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture.Work collaboratively with client team across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process.Communicate confidently and effectively on all matters.Conduct personal brand within the Mindshare Professional Etiquette guidelines.Deliver a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying.Utilize proprietary and industry tools & systems for campaign implementation.Understand and apply the Mindshare Process and the roles at each stage.Obtain necessary certifications for required platforms.Provide accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.Develop trusted relationships with media owners.Ensure financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints.Follow GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes.Ensure timesheets are completed regularly and accurately.Experience You will have some Marketing or Agency career experience applying core marketing competencies, with 3 - 5 years experience in Media Agencies or broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques, and processes. TV buying is essential.
