About the role: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team on a full time basis!
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, this role is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, efficiency, and profitability of the sales division through effective staff management.
This role is based in the South East region.
Some of the key responsibilities include: Maximise sales and grow the Mimosa Homes brand in line with forecasts and customer service standards Train new sales staff Support and drive sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through the team Assist New Home Consultants with any queries Conduct regular meetings with New Home Consultants Responsible for driving to displays and land estate offices to check attendance and material Support and develop your sales team Monitor KPI's and file submissions To be considered, you should possess: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Sales Management or similar position Well presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional organisation and time management skills Strong leadership and people management skills Proven experience in achieving and leading sales A valid and current drivers licence In return, the successful candidate will receive: Supportive workplace culture Attractive remuneration package + company vehicle + generous commission/bonus scheme Opportunity to be a part of a growing business and contribute to its future growth Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
