The Workshop Logistics Administrator will work as part of the service operations team dedicated to supporting the Milwaukee Service Centre.
As part of the team, this individual will maximise workshop efficiencies and will act as point of contact for the internal service centre.

Reporting to the Workshop Admin Team Leader, your duties will include:
Accept tools for drop off via direct customers or freight (ingoing and outgoing freight requirements).Customer service via phone and email.Book incoming tools into C4C warranty portal and complete necessary documentation.Allocate tools in accordance with operational workflow.Allocate ordered spare parts with relevant service claims.Perform all necessary warehouse duties (unpack/pack, etc.
).Communicate with the After-Sales support team to obtain claim relevant information.What you will bring: Experience working within a CRM (SalesForce or C4C) & ERP system environment (SAP or similar) is preferred but not essential.Excellent ability to respond to deadline pressures and demonstrate time management skills.Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality.Ability to demonstrate initiative.Solid time management and attention to detail.If you are ready to join a growing organisation and be a part of an outstanding team, please APPLY NOW!
