About the role: We have an exciting opportunity available for a Fixed Term Contract period of 12 months, As the National Accounts Sales Coordinator your primary focus will be to provide general sales support and assistance to the Sales teams.You will be assigned to assist the Head of National Accounts and Head of Sales across Australia & New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities: Provide support and assistance in planning, developing, and delivering sales and communications materials. Assist with New Product Coding / New Line forms and data uploads. Prepare written materials when required including account communications, minutes, reports and presentation scripts in line with company requirements. Assist with any printing and marketing activity requirements. Assist with all office needs, catering and meeting room bookings. Provide reports using SAP/Olikview/ Salesforce. Provide support with Catalogue artwork proofing. Manage all travel relating to the team including dealer training. Assist Head of Sales & National Accounts with Calendar management and expenses. What you will bring: Understanding of the sales process, preferably customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external). High attention to detail, organised and the ability to multitask and problem solve under pressure. Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks.
