About The Opportunity Due to the continued success and growth of the Milwaukee brand we have a fantastic new opportunity for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to lead the development and implementation of the D&I program.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility ANZ the ultimate objective of this role will be to support under-represented groups within our ANZ business.
Key responsibilities: Work with Directors, senior leaders and HR in promoting and improving gender equality in the workplace with a commitment to pursue workplace gender equality 'employer of choice' status. Oversee & lead a diverse business-wide D&I working group that sits within the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. Actively engage with respective stakeholder groups to coordinate Milwaukee's first Reconciliation Action Plan, ensuring statements are supported with clear actions and align to our People mission. Work with, and support Milwaukee's Sales and Marketing teams to better communicate Milwaukee's D&I commitments to retail and commercial partners. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development to integrate D&I principles into recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and career development processes. Develop and conduct internal training and education programs to raise awareness and understanding of D&I issues, creating a more culturally inclusive environment. Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications, preferably in social sciences, business or other relevant fields. Skills and Experience: Proven experience working as a D&I Manager or a similar role, with a focus on implementing successful strategies and programs of work. Experience working with a diverse range of people from different backgrounds in a corporate environment, having a clear awareness of cultural and structural inequality within society.
