Headspace Manager – Lead Youth Mental Health Services in Esperance! Full-time position, 76 hours/fortnight, based in Esperance. $104,800 - $118,250 + $5,500 regional allowance + super + salary packaging. About the Role As the Manager, you will:
Lead clinical governance and operations at Headspace Esperance. Oversee and expand Esperance Headspace services. Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including youth and family groups. Cultivate a supportive team environment and manage staff performance. Salary & Benefits $104,800 - $118,250 base salary + $5,500 regional allowance. Generous superannuation and salary packaging. Requirements Essential Tertiary qualification in behavioural/social sciences, youth work, Registered Nursing/Mental Health.
