The Role
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing business outcomes and operational excellence across a portfolio of retail stores across the QLD/NSW border. Your mission will be to drive profitability, enhance customer experiences, and ensure seamless retail operations while contributing to the company's growth and success in agricultural retail.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire high-performing teams to achieve revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer service. Develop and execute regional strategies for business growth and market share expansion. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their unique needs are met and fostering loyalty. Enhance operational efficiency by implementing streamlined processes and ensuring compliance with regulations. Skills and Experience 5-10 years of proven experience in regional operations management within the retail industry. Strong understanding of retail operations, financial management, and customer service principles. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
