The Role
The Head of Operations will have a people-first approach and play a pivotal role in developing, empowering, and growing a cross-functional operations team.
They will be responsible for unlocking passion, developing capabilities, strengthening accountability, and further enhancing safety culture and initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to lead by example, promote continuous improvement, and demonstrate strong leadership across all teams on site.
The Head of Operations will oversee the Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Safety teams throughout the plant.
Significant investments and expansions continue in manufacturing, with new lines and potential additional sites planned for the future.

Their experience will include:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a variety of Senior Operations / Site Management roles, in medium or large business - preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
Ability to stretch and grow overseeing multi-site manufacturing operations.
A strategic thinker who can develop and communicate a strong vision.
Proven leadership and people management experience to drive achievement towards team and business results.
Strong project management skills with experience overseeing large capital projects, including equipment upgrades, facility expansions, and technology implementation.
Experience supplying large retail and/or QSR customers, understanding their operational requirements and quality standards.
Strong background in continuous improvement focused environments.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel with an ability to manipulate and analyse data.
