As Logistics & Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for both steel and foundry business units. This role requires someone with a strategic mindset to drive change, improve collaboration, and solve operational challenges.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and optimise supply chain operations across two distinct business units Manage inventory, demand forecasting, and procurement to address current challenges Foster collaboration between internal stakeholders Implement change management strategies to align teams and drive operational excellence Build and develop a high-performing logistics team Skills & Experience
Relevant degree or APICS highly advantageous 5-10 years of supply chain or logistics management experience, ideally in manufacturing Strong change management and relationship-building skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change High emotional intelligence and the ability to work with diverse teams For More Information
