The Role
The Head of Interior Design Studio will provide leadership, creative vision, and operational excellence to the national in-house design team. Skills & Experience
The position requires a bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a master's degree being highly desirable. A minimum of eight to ten years' experience in interior design, particularly in luxury residential projects, is essential, along with a proven track record of successfully leading and inspiring design teams. Candidates must demonstrate a strong portfolio that highlights diverse and innovative design styles, showcasing a focus on high-end interiors. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office, is necessary to ensure seamless project execution. The role also demands exceptional leadership qualities to mentor and manage high-performing teams, as well as strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Additionally, candidates must possess solid project management expertise, with experience overseeing budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and demonstrate a keen understanding of industry trends, innovative design practices, and sustainability.
