The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in luxury interior design, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results that exceed client expectations.Skills & ExperienceThe position requires a bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a master's degree being highly desirable. A minimum of eight to ten years' experience in interior design, particularly in luxury residential projects, is essential, along with a proven track record of successfully leading and inspiring design teams. Candidates must demonstrate a strong portfolio that highlights diverse and innovative design styles, showcasing a focus on high-end interiors. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office, is necessary to ensure seamless project execution. The role also demands exceptional leadership qualities to mentor and manage high-performing teams, as well as strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
