Delicious oysters are farmed in the meandering river and nearby Great Lakes.
This role is based in between the beautiful seaside town of Old Bar and Taree at Pampoolah.

Your Next Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager your key focus is day-to-day operational management including safety, production, compliance and engaging a committed workforce.
You will be instrumental in driving change and fostering a safety-first mindset and ensuring optimal, sustainable output is achieved.
A typical day will include:
Managing safety across the team and mill,Managing daily coordination meetings, including toolbox and safety meetings,Planning, coordination and supervision of daily production and resource management,Ensuring finished product quality and presentation meets grading rules and customer requirements,Assisting with inbound and outbound logistics and customer deliveries,Working with maintenance to ensure safe operation of plant and equipment,Leading continuous improvement efforts that result in sustained improvement in performance,Working with the company's inventory system to manage inventory levels,Setting a positive example and training the team to reach their full potential in all facets of mill operations.Requirements: Extensive experience in safety-first leadership,High EQ / EI and experience managing diverse teams,At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or similar environment,Experience mentoring and coaching people to enhance their skills,Willingness to learn and further your career within a progressive company,High level of problem-solving experience,Collaborative approach to team building and development,Passionate about reaching goals,Driver's licence (Must have),Forklift licence (Ideal, not essential),First Aid (Ideal, not essential).What's on Offer An exceptional opportunity to become an integral member of a well-established and growing company and value add to take the operations to the next level.Based in Old Bar/Taree on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW.Assistance with relocation expenses may be negotiated with an exceptional candidate.An attractive salary package will be offered dependant on experience.Applications:If this role sounds like the OPPORTUNITY you've been looking for, please submit your application (CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role) now!
