About the role
The Milk Donor Coordinator is responsible for building relationships with breastmilk donors so the team can support them with evidence-based lactation practices and collection of the required breastmilk to meet patient needs in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
This is the perfect role for a Registered Nurse, with a comprehensive understanding of supporting breastfeeding women, to provide clinical leadership and expertise in relation to Milk to ensure donors receive the required level of care and product safety is not compromised.

Here's what we are looking for: Registered Nurse with AHPRA and holds current Annual License Certificate (with no restrictions)Demonstrated experience in supporting breastfeeding womenPhlebotomy skills (highly regarded)Current driver's license – with no restrictionsDemonstrated ability to provide clinical assessments and integrate clinical knowledge into practiceDemonstrated ability to provide exceptional serviceProven ability to work independently and as part of a teamThis is a permanent full-time opportunity based out of our Melbourne Processing Centre. For the right candidates, we will be happy to consider job share if you require part-time. Please note this role will require you to travel to hospitals and the homes of our donors, so a full and current driver's license is necessary.
