The Role:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to thoroughly understand access needs and security requirements. Design a comprehensive RBAC model, defining user roles, permissions, and granular access controls. Develop a clear and achievable roadmap for implementation, outlining timelines and resource allocation. Configure and implement the RBAC system, ensuring secure and efficient access management. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of the RBAC system to guarantee functionality and security. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the implemented RBAC system. The Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record as an RBAC specialist consultant with extensive experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of RBAC systems. In-depth knowledge of security best practices and access control principles. Solid understanding of relevant IT security frameworks (e. g., NIST, ISO). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex security challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.
