Elmtree Migration Lawyers follows a hybrid work model, 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
Due to our rapidly growing practice, we are seeking an experienced Migration Lawyer to assist with:
Visa eligibility assessment and client consultations Preparation of employer sponsored work visa applications Accurate assessment of visa supporting documents Peer review of visa files Drafting of legal submissions to the Department of Home Affairs and tribunal The ideal candidate should:
Have at least 2 year's experience as a Migration Lawyer Have worked on employer sponsored visa files Have strong academics in legal studies (credit average) Have a strong interest in corporate migration and primary industries Be a team player and enjoy working in a small, fast paced team Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Elmtree Migration Lawyers will provide a highly competitive salary package as well as a dynamic and balanced work environment where every person's contribution is sought out and valued. The applicant will be provided with exposure to high profile clients, guidance on legal drafting, training on complex employer sponsored files and mentoring by top tier lawyers.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
