About the Role:
This position is responsible for leading and managing our newest Canberra Experience Centre and team opening in April 2024!

Responsibilities will include: Leading, engaging and motivating the sales consultant team and Assistant Experience Centre Manager to drive a customer centric culture within the teamCoaching and developing the team including having regular one on ones and providing feedback to drive a high performing cultureLeading by example.
