the opportunityThe Melbourne University Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Midwife to lead and manage the Clinical Midwife Research team.What you'll bringExcellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.Current AHPRA registration as a Registered MidwifePost Graduate qualifications in midwifery or research highly regardedGood Clinical Practice certificate for all research staff – essential or working towardsStrong interest and commitment in researchGood communicator and team memberBasic computer skills, and experience with REDCap data entry system desirableLaboratory experience desirableYou will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.Ready to help us shape the future of healthcare?Join us and make a meaningful difference in people's lives - and your career.
