We are looking for experienced technicians to join our team with opportunities in Melbourne.
As a Middleby Australia technician, your typical day may include:
Attend service calls as per your schedule which is allocated by our customer service team. Carry out quality field service repairs at the customer's place of business and follow up with our service team to any further requirements onsite. Provide complete technical support and maintenance advice to the end user(s) to help them understand the needs of the equipment. Attend training sessions. Liaise/communicate with customers to explain the repairs undertaken and complete the customer service experience at the highest level. Complete all administrative duties in a timely manner.
