Are you a motivated and compassionate individual, experienced in supporting families with primary school age children?
We are looking for an engaging, articulate and knowledgeable coordinator in the areas of program coordination, stakeholder management, and events/activities organisation, along with a strong foundational knowledge in supporting families and young people.

Coordination of local service providers to deliver outreach services from the HubActive case coordination – supporting families through supported referrals to access a range of specialist supports to meet their needs (both internal and external to YFCC).Coordinate group activities and training opportunities for families accessing the Hub.Coordinate Youth activities for primary school age children from 3pm to 5pm at the Hub.Coordinate community activities in collaboration with the PYAG.Pre and post service and outcomes evaluationApplicants must have (or working towards completion of) a minimum Diploma level qualification in Community Services, or equivalent, and experience in working with and supporting families and children.
YFCC is a child safe organisation.
All applicants must possess a current Driver's Licence, National Police check, Working with Vulnerable People Registration and be able to provide qualification records and two employment related referees.
Applicants must also be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical.
