What you will need to succeed (Selection Criteria): An understanding of and commitment to the ideals of Catholic Education.Demonstrated expertise as a classroom practitionerA demonstrated capacity to align practice with a whole-school Positive Behaviour for Learning model of student support.An appropriate mix of pedagogical, content and technological knowledge.An informed understanding of inclusive, learner-centred pedagogy.An ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to staff professional culture.Willingness to participate in staff professional development in partnership with the College.Willingness to contribute to the KLA team in their understanding of relevant curriculum and its application to the College.Willingness to take on co-curricular activities.Experience teaching Stage 4 and 5 subjects across a range of KLAs is an advantage.Capacity to teach Religious Education (RE) is an advantage.Qualifications: Must hold a relevant NSW Working with Children check and a NESA teaching accreditationRelevant Education/Teaching tertiary qualificationMeets or willingness/capacity to work towards the requirements to Work, Teach and Lead Policy.What is next?
