THE ROLERequired Skills & Experiences: Product Manager with expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and database management to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful conversion from old systems to new systems, with a focus on data migration, data analysis, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data engineering, and business stakeholders to define and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy.Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to modern, scalable, and efficient data infrastructure.THE CANDIDATEStrong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills.Adept at assessing issues with ability to devise workable solutions quickly responding appropriately.Excellent organizational and planning skills, with experience building tactical plans.Flexible, must be able to change priorities quickly, focus on new ones without distraction, able to deal with conflict and work under pressure to meet deliverable dates/timelines.Able to work independently.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the existing data landscape, including data sources, data models, and data flows in the legacy systems.Lead the data analysis efforts to identify data dependencies, data quality issues, and gaps in the existing data models.Define and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy, including data mapping, data transformation, and data validation processes.Work closely with data engineers and technical teams to design and implement the data migration solution, leveraging technologies such as Snowflake, SQL, and ETL tools.Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process by implementing appropriate data quality checks and validation procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize requirements for the new data infrastructure, ensuring that business needs are met and data is effectively captured, stored, and processed.Drive the adoption of best practices in data modeling, data governance, and data management to optimize data quality, consistency, and usability.Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and data transformation rules, to support the migration process and facilitate ongoing data management.Monitor and report on the progress of the data migration project, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met, and proactively addressing any issues or risks.THE BENEFITSWork with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.Make an impact.
