Middle Leader (Pathways and Mentoring LIFE Companion) - Sophia College, PLAINLANDWe are seeking experienced energetic applicants who are committed to ensuring that every student's holistic development is foregrounded and that every student is comprehensively informed, advised and equipped for their learning journey at Sophia College.
The Middle Leaders (LIFE Companion Pathways and Mentoring) is responsible for positively impacting student performance and engagement.
The successful applicants will also be responsible for ensuring all students are engaged in a cohesive careers and mentoring education that incorporates transitioning through the various phases of learning and pathways.
Working with students, parents, and staff to enhance student engagement, gathering and analysing data, and developing enrichment programs are essential elements of this role.
