Salary Range: $88,186 - $121,092 + $22,129 ML Allowance (Complex) per annum pending experience + Super

About the role St Joseph's Catholic School, Cloncurry is seeking an experienced and dedicated Middle Leader of Pastoral Care.
This position is a Full Time, Permanent teaching role with a 3 year fixed term appointment to the Middle Leader position which commences 20 January 2025.
While this role will see you working in a Middle Leader capacity, the position will also include a component of classroom teaching as part of your duties.
The position of Middle Leader of Pastoral Care is responsible for:
Leading the pastoral care and wellbeing of students from Prep to Year 9 within the school.
Supervision and induction of teachers engaged in pastoral care in the designated area of responsibility.
Pastoral care of staff engaged in the area of responsibility.
Other appropriate duties as required by the Principal and College Leadership Team.

Mandatory Criteria/Professional Registration/Other
Appropriate Tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers.
Current Driver's Licence.
Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
