Full Time | Fixed term | 20 January 2025 to 17 January 2027 in line with current triennium This position holds an underlying permanent teacher appointment About the College St Ursula's College, a Catholic educational and residential community in the Ursuline tradition, is dedicated to the education and care of young women.

The opportunity As the Middle Leader – Director of Learning Enrichment, you will work in collaboration with the Principal and other school leaders to continue to develop and monitor teaching and learning programs and support teachers to implement these programs in their classrooms.
You will assist the Principal by:
providing leadership and oversight of programs that cater for students verified with a disability or diagnosed with an impairment, those with learning difficulties, or who are high potential learners to enable improvements in the learning of each of these groups of students liaising with curriculum leaders to ensure consistency of approach in the development of differentiation across curriculum areas providing leadership in any other areas delegated by the Principal.
