Our aim is to inspire within each student a passion for life-long learning, a celebration of community and a quest for personal excellence.About the Role:As the Middle and Senior School Student Services Administrator you will play a very important role contributing to seamless service delivery and exceptional customer service experiences of students, parents and families. You will also have responsibility for coordinating a range of tasks for the Head of Middle and Senior Campus such as calendar management, parent and teacher interviews, room bookings, preparation of materials, collating reports, preparing presentations and event support.This role works collaboratively across Seymour College providing you with the opportunity to be constantly engaged, busy and challenged. This role commences the 15th of January at a 0.92 FTE.Specific responsibilities include:Providing customer service to students, parents and families, and the College community via phone, face to face, and electronically.Resolving student, parent and broader community enquiries and triaging requests.Maintaining accurate information within systems relating to excursions, incursions and other events.Coordination of parent/teacher interviews.Ensuring access to up to date information for all staff.Facilitating student sign in and out.Coordinating student absentee systems and record keeping.Providing administrative and PA support to the Head of Campus including calendar management, room bookings, meeting set up, collating reports, etc.About You:The successful candidate will have:Proven experience in an administrative or PA role that has busy front interactions with customers.Demonstrated experience coordinating resources, meetings, processes and projects with a strong attention to detail.Extensive experience with MS Suite and a strong ability to learn new platforms, navigate systems and identify enhancements.Very strong organisational skills, integrity, confidentiality and a focus on delivering outcomes.Demonstrated experience building highly effective and trusting relationships with stakeholders and working effectively as a part of a team.Current Working with Children Check.Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect Training.How to Apply:Applications for this position close Wednesday 20 November 2024.
