About the Role Trilogy Care are looking for a purpose-driven Mid/Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development of Trilogy Care's Portal. Working with a committed product team, you'll help drive feature development and enhancements, creating solutions that directly support our mission to improve care outcomes. This role will leverage your development experience, collaboration and communication skills in an environment focused on impactful, real-world results. As a mid/senior engineer, you'll manage both front-end and back-end complexities, guiding your team in delivering a seamless, scalable product. Your influence will foster collaboration, spark innovation, and set the standard for quality. Key Responsibilities Develop secure, efficient, and high-quality features for the Trilogy Care products. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain quality and navigate a fast-paced, iterative environment. Address technical challenges and proactively tackle technical debt to improve team efficiency. Champion code quality, security, and performance improvements through code reviews. Diagnose and optimise performance issues, enhancing scalability. Set and uphold standards for maintainable, high-quality code and best practices. Consistently deliver features and solutions, working independently on larger projects. Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated experience with performance optimisation, particularly at scale. Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively across departments. Excellent documentation and communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts. Proven project leadership, from planning to production, with a commitment to coding best practices and maintainable, high-quality code. Self-motivated with strong organisational skills. Experience in a high-performance environment, ideally within a tech startup. Mandatory Requirements Current federal police clearance (issued within the last 12 months).
