Mid - Senior Digital Marketing SpecialistThe Mid - Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Canstar will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic, multi-channel CRM and EDM campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Lead, this position offers a fantastic opportunity for mentorship and professional growth, with the ultimate goal of developing this individual into a subject matter expert, and eventually progressing into leadership roles such as Team Lead or Manager.
Key Responsibilities CRM Strategy, Engagement, and Retention: Design and execute CRM strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing activities, including campaign development, asset creation, execution, and reporting.
Use data and behavioural insights to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products, and generate reports to measure the impact of marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities.Personalized, Data-Driven Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalised experiences that enhance customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer-related issues and ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
Optimise campaign performance to drive return traffic, increase engagement, and create brand-aligned processes.Workflow Wizard and Database Management: Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns, optimising workflows and event triggers to guide customers through the funnel.
Manage data flow between systems to ensure accurate segmentation and data integrity, and work with stakeholders to deliver targeted communications.
