Full Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join Leo & Associates Consulting Engineers as a Mid-Level Remedial Engineer in the ACT.
About Us:
LEO & ASSOCIATES CONSULTING ENGINEERS PTY LTD is an engineering consulting firm of qualified engineers specializing in remedial, structural, and all things surrounding the existing built environment. In this position, you will join our national Remedial team comprised of Structural Engineers and will service the ACT division with the support and backing of the NSW division. You will be involved in all types of projects concerning existing structures of all ages and across numerous sectors including residential/strata, commercial, industrial, government, schools, and healthcare.
As a mid-level Remedial Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking engineering inspections onsite, overseeing engineering investigations, preparing technical engineering reports and letters, developing repair scope of works and specification documentation, providing superintendency services during the construction works and liaising with clients and contractors throughout the project lifespan. 
Through this role, you will learn valuable skills and techniques for creating technical documentation, you will enhance your engineering knowledge and will effectively communicate with team members and clients.

The Role:
• 5 years of experience in Structural/Remedial Engineering or similar
• Bachelors degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or similar
• Technical engineering knowledge of building elements and structures
• Great communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Report writing skills and proficiency in English
• Passion for nurturing client relations.
• Driver's license
Nice to Have Skills:
• Computer savvy and technology-driven/experience with structural analysis software such as Tedds, Spacegass and Rapt or similar. 
• Technical drawing experience
• White card for construction
