Role description – who are we looking for?Massons is looking for a highly intelligent and driven specialist Property Lawyer.
To be considered for this role, ideally you will:
have 2-4 years post admission experience with a reputable property teambe technically savvy and have exceptional attention to detaildrafting contracts, leases, deeds, agreements and advicesacting on high-value and complex property transactionsmanaging large volumes of work under pressurehave strong commercial acumen, maturity and common-sensehave excellent communication skillsvalue working in a positive, caring and friendly team-based environmentbring excellent client service skills to the teamhave advanced Microsoft Office and legal software skills, particularly WordFlexible working arrangementsIdeally the suitable candidate will be available to work full time. However, we will also consider candidates seeking part-time and flexible or remote working arrangements.
We ask our lawyers to work from the office at least 3/5ths of their working week and to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is to ensure that we foster a real sense of team and encourage collaborative working. We trust our senior lawyers to manage any remote or flexible working arrangements autonomously.
We set realistic and clear billable targets, with a focus on team results.
