About The Role
If you are an experienced graphic designer and somebody who loves to work on a diverse range of projects look no further. EDM(s), social posts, website, landing pages, conference booth & merch designs... and much more. Our agile marketing team is looking for someone to work in a collaborative environment with our brand manager, marketing team lead and content specialists.
Key Responsibilities Weekly EDM campaigns to both clients and former clients to locations in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada & The United StatesCreative assists for the following channels : Blogs, Website, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Webinar, Youtube & The Martian Logic websiteCreative materials for the Sales Team: Powerpoint/google slidesOther small things as they come upAbout You Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of working experience within marketing roles across graphic content, digital marketingShow valid work experienceAbility to take input and quickly change directionSuper creative and wants to try new thingsEdgy artistic approachAdobe Suite - Xd, AI, PS... etcFigmaEducated-knowledge EDM experienceDigital and social media marketingNice to have experience and skills Experience in video shooting, video editing and motion graphicsEducated-knowledge video editing & productionHTML and CSS codingSEOAdWordsCulture & Remuneration Inclusion & having your opinion heard: Having your opinion heard is our utter most important priorities here at Martian Logic, as we always make sure that our people have a seat at the table.

Remuneration: We expect a high level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return, we offer very competitive remuneration and benefits. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
Base: Between $80K and $100K + Super depending on experienceOTE: Between $120K and $180K/Year on meeting KPI(s)Share Options: Share options valued at $75KYearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every yearBenefits: Gym membership, Coffee reimbursement, car parking if required
