The Role Our Marketing & Brand team owns the end-to-end consumer journey for our consumer-facing brands – Adrenaline, Experience Oz and RedBalloon.
They lead the way our brands go to market to meet our customers and consumers.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Editor/ DOP to join our growing team.
We are a fun, creative and nimble team where you can lean in with your ideas, be heard, and enjoy the huge rewards that come from being a key contributor to exciting and fast-evolving brands.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills with experience editing in digital branded motion environments.
We are after a positive team player who can also work autonomously, someone who is solution orientated and can work on multiple briefs simultaneously.
This is a mid-senior level editing/ DOP role serving as a key collaborator within our inhouse team.

So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On: Take motion/editing briefs and turn them into an array of effective, digital-first films for our core brands Create stunning videos for both digital and social platforms (Meta/ TikTok) as well as additional marketing collateral, large format and digital outdoor etc.
Act effectively as DOP/ Camera operator on internal shoots, taking creative direction, while collaborating with wider crew and talent to shoot clear and compelling stories for our brands Work with both senior leadership, creative and account management teams to craft effective solutions to impact real consumers, in the real world Be able to take on creative feedback and turn around artwork professionally and in a timely manner Communicate clearly and effectively, both through the work and within internal teams Maintain a perfectionist's gaze on quality control, able to pick up a dropped frame at 1000 feet!
Be a solid brand guardian and execute according to evolving brand guidelines across our growing portfolio Have the ambition to ideate on more high-level conceptual briefs And bring a positive, collaborative attitude to every piece of work, no matter how big or small!
Experience Required Minimum 4 years of relevant editing/DOP (and/or motion graphics) experience.
An experienced self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving workplace.
No two days are the same… in a good way!
If you love shifting between editing live action, creating stunning motion graphics pieces and DOP/ photography assignments, we would love a chat.
Proficient in current industry-standard platforms: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve etc.
Experienced in running shoots (motion and stills) as a DOP Digital media focus Super detailed worker Ambitious, hungry and a general creative/ad nerd We'd love if you're a social maven with a finger on the pulse of emerging culture before it gets old!
Bonus points for conceptual background or training (eg.
