About the Martian Logic Platform Martian Logic is a pioneering and modern SaaS-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Due to increasing customer satisfaction amongst our client base, and a significant appetite in the market for our platform and the way we support it, we are aggressively increasing the sales team to capitalize on this amazing opportunity.
About The Role This is a very exciting SaaS BDM role, where you'll be promoting a best-in-category product and working within a very supportive and talented team.

You will be supported by a strong sales leader, a supportive team, and an overall positive culture, as well as equipped with the best tools of the trade - CRM, databases, etc.
About The Person The ideal candidate may come from a SaaS sales background with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.

You need to be creative and self-motivated to own the role and your 'patch'.
You will be joining a world-class sales team under a strong and experienced Sales Manager/Leader.

Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
Base annual salary: $110k to $130k + Super, depending on experienceOTE (base salary + Uncapped Commission): $200K to $250KShare Options: Potential for share options after 6 monthsYearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every yearYour Responsibilities Will Include Converting inbound inquiries into sales opportunitiesNew customer acquisition via outbound calling and other channelsNurturing, demoing, servicing, negotiating, and closing opportunitiesSales pipeline management and achievement of KPIs and targetsCareer Progression Move up to the high-end market segmentTeam leader in either market segmentCountry Sales Manager (Potential, UK, Canada, or France)Product Manager
