You will have a strong focus on client satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and thirst for knowing the technical ins and outs of the products we provide to our clients.What a typical day may include:Execute on delivery requirements as per directions from the Public Sector Team Delivery Manager and Project Owners.Contribute to the development of technical solutions and software products offered by Sensei.Ensure systems are developed to necessary standards within agreed budgets and timeframes.Capitalize on your existing knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) to help clients reach their goals.Demonstrate a passion for developing Microsoft solutions, particularly those based on the Office 365, Project Online, Project for the Web, or Dynamics 365 platforms.Work with a variety of different clients concurrently across numerous projects with changing needs and deadlines.Provide technical advice and guidance with the ability to effectively talk through technical issues to non-technical people.Provide advice on technical aspects of solution development and integration ensuring best practices are applied correctly.Build and maintain effective and constructive relationships with our clients, partners, and staff.Key Skills Required:5+ years experience working in a similar role with relevant tertiary qualifications.Experience in developing and delivering high-quality solutions to clients with a proven technical understanding in Microsoft development and platforms.Strong IT background, preferably within a professional services vendor environment.Due to the nature of our clients' security requirements, security clearances are mandatory. Therefore, Australian citizenship is required for this role.Microsoft Certifications (Azure management exams, O365 exams, Power Platform M200 / M400, and Project exams) highly desirable.Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including the Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Project Online/Server & Office 365.Familiarity with project management tools.Strong software development skills, within a Microsoft framework (languages to include .Net, C#, and SQL).Azure DevOps, pipeline build, and release strategies.Reporting and BI capabilities and knowledge, specifically within the Microsoft stack.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create solutions tailored to client business and technical drivers.Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology with business objectives.Strong time management with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing client demands.Possess an understanding of project management and financial management principles.Values and Benefits:You genuinely want to make a difference to the way our clients work, and you have a positive outlook on life.You're not afraid of hard work and curly challenges.People trust you.
