You will work as a part of a team provide quality development and sustainment services across a highly complex technical ICT system that utilises CRM and SmartIQ technologies.
Skills and experience Essential criteria Experience: 3+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics development, including customisation and configuration.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with related technologies such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban.Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex and time-sensitive tasks.Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, management, and business stakeholders.Knowledge Sharing: Commitment to knowledge sharing and documentation to support succession planning and team development.Desirable criteria Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB-200 (Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core) or MB-400 (Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer).Experience with Power Platform: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Eligibility requirements Due to the nature of the role, Australian citizenship with NV1 security clearance is mandatory.
