Note: The role can be based in other locations in Australia like Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane but Sydney is the preferred location.

Qualifications Required Qualifications 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and quarterly revenue accountability.Ability to deeply understand customer value drivers, offer a unique perspective to the customer that differentiates Microsoft, and is comfortable driving the decision-making process with the customer.Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of related experience in a Modern Work cloud sales and/or technical sales role.3+ years' experience in driving successful solution sales within the nonprofit industry or to public sector customers.Strong foundational AI knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Copilot.Responsibilities As a Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist (GBB), you will be a senior solution sales leader within our organization working with our most strategic nonprofit customers across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead a virtual team of field, partner, marketing, and engineering resources to advance the sales process and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot within the nonprofit industry, where you will:
Drive complex and strategic Microsoft 365 Copilot opportunities by engaging and building trusted relationships with key business and technical stakeholders to understand their business and technology priorities, governance, decision, and budget processes to land the full value proposition of Microsoft 365 Copilot and the wider M365 platform.Accelerate Microsoft 365 Copilot opportunities with creative deal strategies, POCs, demos and storytelling that overcome customer challenges, whilst leveraging core virtual team stakeholders (Field, Partner, Marketing, Engineering, FastTrack, Biz Desks).Capture and prove Microsoft 365 Copilot business value by delivering Business Value Assessments, ROI Value Calculations and engaging with key stakeholders to measure value during pilots & full deployments.Lead the "Make the Market" drive for Microsoft 365 Copilot within the nonprofit industry in Australia and New Zealand by helping convert customer satisfaction into public customer success stories.Provide thought leadership on the positive impact Microsoft 365 Copilot + AI can have on nonprofit mission success including speaking at Microsoft, priority partner and industry relevant webinars & in-person events.Mentor and coach TSI Modern Work & Security Specialist team and wider field teams to help with upskilling including leading the internal community to foster best practice, readiness, market trend and insight sharing.Influence engineering and product groups with closed loop feedback supporting refining the sales process and product updates.Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
