As our Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and security of IT systems to ensure high availability and efficiency.
Given the rapid growth of our business, this role will provide an excellent stepping stone into our business.
Reporting directly to the ITS Operations Manager, your other key responsibilities will include:
Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Monitor and respond to CrowdStrike security alerts. Provide technical support and resolve tickets logged in the helpdesk system. Document IT solutions and share knowledge with the team. About You
You will ideally have a few years of experience in a Sys Admin (or similar) role.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
Comfortable working within Microsoft Active Directory. Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server familiarity. Network switch & AP management, ideally with Ubiquiti equipment. Familiarity with Office 365 and Windows based systems. Ideally AWS or Azure experience. DNS, DHCP, Routing and Remote Access knowledge. IT hardware skills, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, AV and print equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
