Position Description: Microkeeper is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform. This role combines technical expertise with account management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both solving complex problems and developing meaningful client connections. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through onboarding, providing technical assistance, and ensuring their long-term success with Microkeeper.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, lasting relationships. Guide clients through the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of the platform. Provide proactive support to resolve technical issues, answer queries, and offer tailored recommendations. Collaborate with our development team to communicate client needs and provide input on new product features. Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for additional value and usage expansion. Deliver training sessions and create resources to empower clients to make the most of the Microkeeper platform. Actively gather and analyse customer feedback to identify common challenges or areas for improvement in the product or service. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, technical support, or a similar client-facing role. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and explain complex software solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for clients. Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer success. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with business administration tasks, such as payroll and rostering, is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in workforce management, payroll systems, or HR software.
